About me

I'm 36 years old and currently reside in the beautiful south of Portugal, where I am fortunate to work as a therapist and space holder for my community and those who cross my path. Embraced by nature's beauty, I share my life with my border collie, Twister, and a circle of inspiring individuals who enrich my journey.

My childhood in Poland was marked by challenges, as the upbringing with my father, a jazz musician and alcoholic, led to feelings of shame, alienation, and anxiety. Seeking answers, I read the whole library of psychology books and delved into the realm of addictions. It was life-changing as it was the foundation for my healing. With this awareness, I went to seek therapy in a local community support center when I was 13. I also took anti-depressants for 6 years in total in various moments of my life.

Unknown to me at the time, the path of the wounded healer was gradually unfolding. After completing my journalism degree at the University of Aberdeen, I relocated to London, and it was a time of profound growth, belonging, and exploration.  At that time I was working in marketing, being very capable but also feeling that this is not what I am here to do. A deep yearning within me was growing to live closer to nature and to align my work with my soul's purpose.

My father's death was a deep catalyst and I made a life-changing decision to leave behind my relationship, home, and work, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. I spent a year in Lisbon and afterward, my thirst for deeper spiritual teachings led me to India, where I spent six transformative months before returning to settle in Portugal.

In 2019 moved to the countryside and I dedicated myself to studies. Awarded a coaching qualification, I was longing to go deeper into the human psyche and I trained in SFBT psychotherapy modality. My exploration of the shamanic world was also taking place, working deep with plant medicine and somatic therapies. I also entered the world of sacred sexuality and modern mystery schools. All of this enriched my current practice connecting mind, body and soul realms. â€‹

I'm grateful for all the teachers that I met on my path (including the loved ones), still continuing to expand my capacity as a space holder and therapist, and of course, of the deep wisdom of the plants.
